Senior Performance Marketing Executive (Global Expansion)

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Executive / Senior Executive to join our dynamic team and work closely with internal stakeholders and paid channels’ POCs across various countries. In this role, you will be looking at expansion into potential markets by proposing metrics, platforms, planning and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various channels to support overall ecommerce and market growth.

Job Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Take end-to-end ownership of performance marketing campaigns across Paid Search, Display, Programmatic and Paid Social channels, ensuring alignment with our growth objectives.
  • Growth & Scalability: Plan and execute A/B testing, alongside exploring new platforms to embark on for paid performance efforts.
  • Strategy Development: Formulate performance marketing strategies that align with our business goals and KPIs.
  • Goal Setting: Set and achieve quantifiable goals for all paid marketing activities to track and measure success.
  • Budget Planning: Plan and review budgets to ensure efficient ad spend across various channels, optimizing ROI.
  • Communication: Collaborate with partner agencies and other internal teams to create consistent and aligned communications across all channels.
  • Staying Updated: Stay abreast of emerging digital tools, platforms, and trends to diversify and optimize the channel mix and identify new opportunities.
  • Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, our brand’s target audiences, and competitors to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze reports and web traffic data to map the customer journey, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align efforts and achieve shared marketing goals.
  • Expansion Efforts: Explore possibilites of business expansions into new markets with performance marketing efforts

Job Requirements

  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, with strong project management capability
  • Pleasant disposition with excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in the retail / fashion industry would be a plus
  • Prior experience in expansion into markets with performance marketing, would be a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related fields
  • Minimum 3-4 years of digital agency, digital marketing or E-commerce marketing experience with paid media execution
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Affiliates, Programmatic, Paid Social advertising platforms, Microsoft
  • Experience with data analysis and a data driven environment
