ECommerce Business Analyst
Location: Singapore
Full Time

The Ecommerce Business Analyst is responsible for turning business insights into action that support revenue goal. This role will work closely with functional teams in Ecommerce which includes Marketing, Inventory, CRM, Operations, Customer Service, UI/UX, CRO, IT, BI and Business Development team

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and translate marketing , inventory & sales data into actionable insights from a holistic perspective and identify the opportunities for optimization
  • Perform deep dive analysis into specific KPIs to understand the underlying influences & maintain standardized dashboard and reports for the team
  • Generate insights on consumer demographics, behaviours and patterns, correlations
  • Responsible for tracking, reporting and analysis of homepage, landing page and creative tests as well as the shopping funnel to optimize online marketing and site merchandising efforts ; knowledge on product recommendation tool is an advantage
  • Analysing online user behaviour, conversion data and customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-channel attribution
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end consumer experience across multiple channels and consumer touch points
  • Provide the business / channel specific performance metrics including, but may not limit to: Revenue, customer satisfaction / NPS, visits, conversion, campaign impact, consumer insights, product insights
  • Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Proactively analyse web traffic and site behaviour using Google Analytics (GA) to improve customer site experience, focuses on driving the best customer satisfaction
  • Manage and analyse reports for all marketing channels and drive platform-specific insights to grow the business
  • Strong in marketing analytics and able to provide good insights on performance marketing and propose optimization
  • Manage report and performance by product category
  • Study business and industry trends and identify opportunity/risk areas
  • Explore new and existing digital analytics tools to improve the time action on an area of improvement and reduce manual work in data processing.
  • Work with BI technical team on report building
  • Knowledge on predictive modelling and trend analysis tools is strong advantage

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required (majors in Business Analytics, Business, Economics/Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics);
  • 2-4 years of experience in Ecommerce web analytics is a must
  • Advanced use of Google Analytics
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Qlikview & Salesforce skills required
  • Experience in SQL will be a plus
  • Experience to lead a team and be a hands-on team member
  • Resourceful, collaborative ,independent ,versatile and able to multi-task
  • Ability to create and manage cross functional relationships
  • Effective communicator
