How we design today stems from our history – back in the 90s, we saw the potential of creating a brand that consumers can identify with and our first collections were inspired by customer feedback received in the stores. We have since learned the importance of staying curious and the power of listening to our customers, something we’ve endeavoured to adhere to as we continue to grow our business today.
Our in-house design team of 200 talented individuals are driven to inspire creativity and constantly innovate to create styles that spark excitement in our global community and an ever-changing consumer market. Our designers embody the following qualities: boldness, experimental and attention to detail, with deep knowledge of consumer trends and a heart for responsible fashion.
Utilising data based on consumer buying behaviour and feedback gathered from stores to create the right design matrix for different markets, our design team brings new styles to the stores every week, typically taking 60 days from drawing to market – with a fit for every customer to express their individuality.
