CHARLES & KEITH Group Pte Ltd has been the subject of a recent cybersecurity incident. Upon discovery, we promptly activated our incident response protocol, engaged expert cybersecurity advisors, and implemented measures to contain the incident. The incident was swiftly contained.

Investigations are ongoing to understand the scope and extent of impact to data involved in this incident. Affected individuals will be promptly notified directly by us, with further information and guidance provided. There is presently no indication that any data involved in this incident has been maliciously misused. We continue to monitor this situation closely.

There has been no operational disruption to our business. Our stores and online channels are operating as usual and were not affected by this incident. Customers may continue to shop with us.

We have reported the incident to the relevant authorities in Singapore and are working closely with them on this matter.

We take the security of data entrusted to us very seriously. We are implementing appropriate remedial measures to further reinforce the security of our IT environment.

In the meantime, we encourage everyone to practise good information security and remain alert to phishing or fraud, particularly suspicious calls, emails or messages from unknown or unverified sources.
