It has recently come to our attention that scammers are approaching members of the public, falsely claiming to represent CHARLES & KEITH and attempting to phish customer information in exchange for complimentary product samples. In these cases, members of the public would receive unsolicited Telegram messages from an unknown number.
We would like to request for all members of the public to be cautious of fake and misleading messages circulating purportedly on behalf of CHARLES & KEITH and to refrain from engagement.

We have recently been made aware of emails from charles-keith.com domain, falsely purporting to represent CHARLES & KEITH.
It is important to note that the email domain charles-keith.com is not affiliated with the brand. Our official email and website domain is charleskeith.com.
In response to this issue, we have promptly suspended the charles-keith.com domain and initiated necessary measures.
We kindly request the public to exercise caution when encountering such misleading claims and refrain from opening or downloading any attachments from such emails.
