Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the end-to-end creation of homepage updates from content planning to live
- Collaborate with functional teams like creative, marketing, inventory, merchandising, copywriters, and IT to ensure content and implementation launch success
- Review content and implementation performance post-launch, where applicable
- Monitor website layout consistency and content accuracy across different markets
- Ensure SOPs and workflows are maintained and followed across the different functional teams and markets
- Propose solutions and optimisations that fulfill both business and user goals
- Assist in the planning, managing, and launching of new website features and optimisations
- Provide recommendations and work closely with the different functional and local market teams to improve UX and conversions
- Provide campaign support to the various marketing teams in the areas of UX, CRO and content strategy
- Identify missed opportunities and problem areas on the website via research and analysis
- Assist in the management of various digital experience tools like product recommenders, on-site search, pop-ups and social proof
- Perform any ad-hoc duties or responsibilities assigned
Requirement
- At least a Degree in communications, marketing, business or related field
- Preferably 1-3 years of relevant working experience
- Knowledge of the digital landscape (with a focus on ecommerce and UX), content marketing and Google analytics would be advantageous
- Have an eye for fashion and digital trends
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Able to manage tasks and projects well in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and process-oriented
- A stickler for accuracy and grammar, with a knack for copywriting
- Curious, thinks critically, analytical and data-driven
- A team player who shows up consistently, is reliable, eager to learn and welcomes feedback
