Singapore, 24 September 2026 – CHARLES & KEITH Group has been the subject of a cybersecurity incident which has affected some of our servers. We have taken immediate measures upon detecting the attack to limit its impact. 

We have reported the matter to the relevant authorities in Singapore and will cooperate with them. We have also engaged specialist cybersecurity consultants to lead the forensic investigation and to advise us on the handling of the incident. Our stores and online channels are operating normally.  

We have started informing our stakeholders about the incident, the data potentially affected, and the preventive measures which they should take note of. There is no evidence that the data has been misused to date. 

However, phishing attempts or fraud attempts may occur. We recommend being alert and watching out for any unexpected messages and possible phishing emails or phone calls using real personal data. We urge all stakeholders to remain vigilant and to be on the lookout for any potentially fraudulent activity.  

The safety of data is of the utmost importance to us. We are treating the incident as a top priority and taking all necessary steps to prevent any further intrusions and to defend our systems from future cybersecurity threats.
