Performance Marketing Executive
Location: Singapore
Full Time

Job Responsibilities:

  • Take end-to-end ownership of performance marketing campaigns across Paid Search, Display, Programmatic, Affiliates and Paid Social channels, ensuring alignment with our growth objectives
  • Plan and execute A/B testing, alongside exploring new platforms to embark on for paid performance efforts
  • Formulate performance marketing strategies that align with our business goals and KPIs
  • Plan and review budgets to ensure efficient ad spend across various channels, optimizing ROI
  • Collaborate with partner agencies and other internal teams to create consistent and aligned communications across all channels
  • Stay abreast of emerging digital tools, platforms, and trends to diversify and optimize the channel mix and identify new opportunities
  • Conduct research on market trends, our brand’s target audiences, and competitors to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions
  • Analyse reports and web traffic data to map the customer journey, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align efforts and achieve shared marketing goals
  • Liaise with stakeholders to achieve relevant materials (e.g. assets, campaigns’ mechanics and copies) to execute optimization across paid channels
  • Explore possibilities of business expansions into new markets with performance marketing efforts
  • Perform extensive keyword research for existing product categories, competitors, as well as seasonal campaigns for branded & non-branded listings
  • Understand and execute the analysis of last & multitouch attribution of data across paid channels and other marketing functions
  • Measure effectiveness of campaigns across platforms’ reports and internal dashboards with performance metrics (e.g. ROAS, Conversion value vs. Sales, CPM, CPC, Frequency, Reach)
  • Collaborate closely alongside platforms’ managers such as Meta, Google and TikTok and establish strategies that will help achieve KPIs in both short & long term
  • Monitoring spends across all paid channels and achieving efficiency

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related fields
  • Minimum 2-3 years of digital agency, digital marketing or ECommerce marketing experience with paid media execution
  • Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, with strong project management capability
  • Pleasant disposition with excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience in the retail / fashion industry would be a plus
  • Prior experience in expansion into markets with performance marketing, would be a plus
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Affiliates, Programmatic, Paid Social advertising platforms, Microsoft
  • Experience with data analysis and a data driven environment
