About the job

As the Wholesale Manager, you will be responsible for the growth and development of Charles & Keith B2B business through wholesale and concessions. You will identify opportunities and build relationships with existing and potential wholesale accounts across channels.

The successful candidate must have experience within wholesale, managing the brand process from client relationship, product management and marketing campaigns. This is a varied role that requires previous experience within a fashion wholesale environment, preferably luxury/high-end, the ability to problem solve and they must be a strong communicator always acting as brand ambassador.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop B2B/ Wholesale roadmap and distribution strategy for North America, Europe and Oceania.
  • Identify wholesale and partnership opportunities that align with Charles & Keith brand value
  • Own the development, implementation and execution of wholesale channel
  • Maintain and cultivate strong relationships with key accounts
  • Seasonal visits to key regions and partners to present collections and maintain relationships
  • Attend tradeshows to identify and establish new accounts
  • Work with cross-functional teams which include Inventory, Marketing, Visual Merchandising to create product assortments and merchandise plans that support the delivery the Charles & Keith brand on our accounts.
  • Analyze selling reports and market trends for competitive benchmarking and sell-through planning.
  • Attend tradeshows to identify and establish new accounts
  • Operation process enhancement to ensure internal supply chain flow is in line with wholesale /marketplaces requirement and that orders and reorders are delivered on time.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 years of experience in fashion and B2B /wholesale / marketplace experience in Europe, North America, Oceania is a must
  • Existing wholesale relationships and networks in fashion industry
  • Proven success in all areas of the sales cycle including prospecting, building relationships, negotiating, and selling.
  • An outstanding communicator and compelling presenter with strong negotiating skills.
  • Adapts well to a fast-paced environment
  • Highly analytical and data-driven; able to identify opportunities through analysis of all available business metrics. Solid understanding of retail math, including mark-up, sell-through & OTB
  • Highly self-motivated, hard-working, and results-driven.
  • Knowledge in cross border trade and good understanding of duty & tax of North America, Europe, Oceania
  • Preferably from a high-end luxury fashion background
