  • Work collaboratively and independently take charge of Pre-production, Production and Post-production of Video Content
  • Plan the shoot with the creative team including attending site recces
  • Tell stories in brand strategies – especially within the context of the Art & Fashion Design
  • Purchases, leases, and/or borrow equipment as needed, within specified budgetary limits as advised by the Company
  • Think different, is willing to take risks and can handle rejection/criticism constructively
  • Monitor the condition of equipment including video production lighting, sound, rigging equipment; arranges for the repair and replacement; performs preventive maintenance on equipment
  • Value-add to our creative process. A solution-seeker who is confident in your abilities to create meaningful production work, that aligns with our objectives
  • Be a team player, who exercises flexibility and a keen focus on customer satisfaction
  • Work effectively within a team and can communicate his/her ideas & feedback constructively
  • Lead projects at any stage of development while coordinating with internal team members, and possibly external agencies, partners, collaborators
  • Be a self-starter who proactively thinks on his/her feet, and has an ability to work independently & efficiently with minimum supervision, while leading and supervising others\Support other ad-hoc request from corporate and any other duties and responsibilities assigned by supervisor and management.
  • Strong research skills are essential for this role. The candidate should be adept at finding high-quality references to develop compelling storyboards for creative decks. This includes researching various sources such as movies, fashion films, art, and more to continually enhance their knowledge and creativity.


  • At least Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in a creative or digital agency, with ideally fashion background
  • Proficiently work across the Adobe Creative Suite. (Particularly in Premiere Pro, After Eects, and Final Cut Pro)
  • A portfolio or work samples showcasing creativitive storytelling in videography, and depth of thought coupled with fluency in best practices for audience-focused video content ads
  • Graphic design capabilities, AR Digital Design and AI skills are desirable
