JOB PURPOSE

The Social Media Specialist will drive and strategise content curation on the social media platforms to increase the brand awareness and reach. Developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy to increase web traffic too.

He/she is also responsible to handle all the brand social media accounts in a cohesive way. Always curating creative ways to engage and present the brand through multiple social media channels.

Ultimately, to ensure the company web presence is aligned with marketing strategies.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive Social Media Strategies

  • Uphold the visual representation of the brand; coupled with online community management, which directly affects the brand voice
  • Monitor and research on global fashion trends and directions in the fashion industry such as social media pages under the brand
  • Organise content rollout on various platforms that align with brand’s business objectives
  • Collaborate with creatives to develop high-performing and highly engaging content
  • Behand as a consultant for company’s regional social-media platforms

Influencer Relations

  • Oversee and coordinate influencer partnerships (earned and platform)
  • Identify and create collaborative partnerships with the right influencers within the community through data research

Social Community Building

  • Look to increase community engagement and drive organic growth
  • Coordinate post and engaged communications with social media community

Lead Social Media Content Advertising

  • Lead in strategising and executing content advertising plans for individual social media platforms
  • Collaborate cross-platform content awareness
  • Promote the brand and page(s) awareness or with regards to any marketing objective on social media platform
  • Handle paid advertisements for social campaigns on diverse social media platforms such as Tiktok/Instagram/Facebook

Social Media Reporting and Analysis

  • Ensure content performance and drive results
  • Analyse social media data and provide usable insights
  • Evaluate the use of social media metrics and related marketing metrics

Copywriting

  • Develop a snappy, witty and engaging way of writing captions suitable for various channels and platforms

REQUIREMENTS

  • Creative, Communications, Marketing Degree or related disciplines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Social Media Platforms/SEO/CRM – e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.
  • Able to manage multiple platforms, and multitasking is a plus
  • Work well under pressure, engaging team player
  • Pleasant disposition with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Organised and detail oriented
  • Interest in luxury/fashion, art and design
