Senior Marketing Executive
Location: Singapore
Full Time

Job Responsibilities

Prepare and execute localized marketing strategies that are relevant & impactful for Singapore. Build performance-oriented 360 marketing plans that are coherent to brand image.

Branding & Marketing Strategy:

  • Plan and manage meaningful partnerships/tie-ups /promotions to enhance brand relevancy
  • Work closely with internal functional teams to execute marketing plans including localized contents, exclusive collections, and promotions
  • Research and monitor market trends, directions, and competitor analysis
  • Prepare monthly marketing activity reports for the department

Digital Marketing:

  • Work closely with digital marketing teams (Performance Marketing, Social Media) to develop performance-oriented digital strategy that drives relevant traffic to both retail and online
  • Work in alignment with CRM team to understand customer data and formulate initiatives to engage them and increase customer retention

Retail/Trade Marketing

  • Develop & implement strategies that are ROI driven: Increase customer base/revenues / retention
  • Manage in-store events/communications with retail experience/operations team, and CRM-related events
  • Attention to detail with excellence in the execution of events and activations, ensuring that the brand image is impeccable
  • Manage and lead partnerships with Shopping Mall’s marketing teams to develop impactful marketing initiatives and increase visibility in malls.
  • Manage and lead partnerships with Travel Retail partners including STB to promote our brand as the leading Singapore Shoes and Accessories brand
  • Manage and lead partnerships with Banks/Mobile payment gateway/Vouchers platform for tied-up promotions

Requirements

  • At least a Degree in Marketing or related field
  • Preferably with at least 5 years experience in the fashion or beauty retail industry with experience in ecommerce business
  • Applicants with working experience in a similar capacity (e.g. E-commerce Advertising, Brand Marketing) will be highly preferred
  • Preferable with Singapore market experience
  • Good time management skills and the ability in managing multiple priorities are critical
  • Able to manage multiple projects within the scope of work and stay on task
  • Able to work well under pressure with minimal supervision
  • Good team player with a positive learning attitude
  • Pleasant disposition with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to multi-task with excellent organizational skills and meticulous in work assigned
  • Good knowledge and understanding of digital, social, and retail marketing are a plus
