Senior/Associate Support Engineer (POS System)
Location: Singapore
Full Time

This role is responsible for configuring, testing, deploying, and supporting Oracle XStore POS requirements. This role is also responsible for performing continuous improvements to the Oracle XStore POS deployed in Charles & Keith Group IT landscape.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for support, rollout, and maintenance of Oracle XStore POS to the retail stores
  • Hands-on experience in setting up new stores, and store migrations
  • Experience in configuration and troubleshooting of POS machines setup that includes printers, customer display, scanners, mobile POS, payment terminals, etc.
  • Experience in configuration and troubleshooting retail WIFI networks
  • Handle critical customer issues, and conduct root cause analysis to provide a solution with high efficiency
  • Effectively interact with external, and internal customers
  • Able to work on multiple projects and deliver them as per the agreed timelines
  • Willing to learn and grow


  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field
  • Able to communicate effectively in both oral and written aspects
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Possesses technical knowledge in Microsoft Windows and/or Linux OS, Oracle Middleware, Oracle Databases
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in POS Support or a similar role
  • Good troubleshooting skills
  • Experience in supporting retail POS and working in a multi-vendor environment would be an added advantage
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Self-driven and proactive in project implementation, issues handling, and system improvement
