About the Job
The Merchandising Assistant will support Group Merchandising team by managing Products & Sales information for the Product Categories that he/she is assigned to. He/She will also support Merchandisers on all Buying activities and preparation while collaborating with key departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of every collection. This role is key to enabling more efficiency and creativity within the team and is also in the middle of all the “Fashion Action” of the Brand.
Job Responsibilities
Weekly Tasks
- Data validation & weekly updates to Merchandising Reports
- Product Item Master management including New Product Entry & Accuracy
- Order & Delivery compilation & tracking
- Group Merchandising SharePoint Maintenance & Updates
Merchandising Support
- Assist Merchandisers with all preparation steps to the Collection Buy (Digital & Physical)
- Track arrival plan and movement of samples for all new collection
- Timeline & task planning/coordination for each Buying between key stakeholders/departments
- Buying Portal PCP/PDP creation & maintenance
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- High attention to details
- Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguities and problem-solve in a logical manner
- Good team player
- Has passion for fashion & loves to dress up
