JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily Stock Replenishment for PDS and PEC

• Accountable for the updating stock level and stock movement within the system
• Accurate and timely adjustment of min/max levels for top sellers, new arrivals and repeat orders
• Measure and monitor the quantity distributed vs quantities sold
• Understand SAP job function and execute work processes

Goods Receiving of Incoming Container

• Monitor and prepare uploading of information for incoming containers of new arrivals and repeats
• Perform stock adjustment and update the system for stock discrepancies.

Stocks Movement

• Manage and monitor all stock movement including internal transfer of stock, import and export of stock transfer in the system
• Manage min/max for weekly consolidation and pullback
• Prepare and update of monthly sponsorship and write offs
• Any Ad-hoc project assigned

REQUIREMENTS

• Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management or Business diploma or related disciplines
• Prior experience is not necessary as training would be provided
• At least 1 year experience in the fashion industry would a plus
• Knowledge of SAP and WMS is a plus
• Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Office especially MS Excel
• Work well under pressure, possess a pleasant disposition with excellent interpersonal skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Interest in luxury/fashion, art and design
