About the job

Responsibilities

· Plan, design, and execute drawings for retail outlets

· Prepare detailed drawings of furniture and fittings for retail outlets

· Prepare 3D drawings of shop interior and shop front using SketchUp and V-RAY

· Work with Manager on building codes, by-laws, space and site requirements, and other technical documents and reports to determine their effects on architectural designs

· Meticulous checking of drawings in accordance to standards error prior to issuance of Drawings

Requirements

· At least a Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or a related field

· Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in interior design or a related industry

· Prior experience in retail interior design would be advantageous

· Possess good understanding in space planning, conceptualizing, material, colour usage etc

· Knowledge in AutoCAD, 3DS Max and Sketch-up (both preferred with V-Ray) are essential

· Creative, meticulous, motivated with positive attitude

· Motivated, positive attitude and with an eye for detail

· A team player with keen eye in retail

· Keen sense of fashion and a passion for the fashion industry
