Job Description
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. HR process owners) and external stakeholders (e.g. ITD, vendors, technical support team) to ensure smooth HRIS implementation
- Monitor and follow up on project timelines such as providing regular updates, highlighting/escalating critical issues. Concurrently, work with relevant stakeholders to implement the new HRIS systems
- Understand business requirements and collaborate with HR process owners to co-create and implement solutions that meet objectives and drive continuous improvements
- Lead automation projects in HR to improve HR efficiency enhance employee experience,
- Improve the efforts on changing needs of holistic data ecosystems and analytic tools
- Assist in the preparation of HR data, not limited to employee information, into dashboards for management reporting
The Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Human Resource
- 2 years or more of work experience with complex and regional human capital datasets with an emphasis employee related research
- Ability to handle large, complex datasets, identify and rectify errors, inaccuracy, interpret and explain in simplified visualisation, findings and results to various audience
- Having hands-on experience in developing automation processes for data collection and consolidation
- Experimental, strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills, including able to address issues arise at hands in collaboration with others
- Proactive in leading change and anticipate challenges, problems and opportunities and having the entrepreneurship and risk taking spirit to experiment different initiative to a solutions
- Extensive knowledge and skills in Excel
- Skills in designing and developing business dashboards and data visualizations in BI platforms
- Experience with SQL or other languages/statistical packages including preferably in R and Python
- Experience in Unit4 Prosoft, BIPO, Lumesse preferred
