Job Responsibilities
- Partner hiring managers on their manpower requirements and manage the full spectrum of recruitment & selection. This includes sourcing, screening, selection, hiring and onboarding
- Maintain candidate and requisition data accurately and be responsible for accurate and timely hiring reports
- Provide recommendations to line managers on people related matters including manpower planning, grievances, disciplinary matters, employee exits, etc.
- Ensure timely delivery of HR services
- Participate and support projects and initiatives to enhance employer branding and employee engagement
Requirements
- Degree in Business Management/Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology or in related discipline(s)
- At least 1 year of related work experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Human Resources preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Good understanding of Employment Act and related local labour/employment related legislations
- Effective communicator, enjoys meeting people and build strong collaborative relationships across business teams and functions
- A keen sense of fashion and a passion for the fashion/retail industry
