CRM Analyst
Full Time

Job Responsibilities

  • Optimization of CRM/marketing activities by defining market sectors and customer selection based on customer profiling and segmentation across multiple communication channels (EDM, SMS and Mobile Application)
  • Provision of ongoing support to Business development teams in the profiling and segmentation of customers as well as conducting of tactical mining to support their business initiatives
  • Identify different customers’ profiles to improve retention, reactivation of customers and to promote cross/up-selling campaigns
  • Generate actionable customer insights to improve key business outcomes
  • Manage the creation of data extension and automation jobs using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Plan and set up automated customer journey map to boost brand awareness, enhance customer engagement and retention
  • Partner with cross functional stakeholders to recommend campaigns that optimize customer loyalty and lifetime value. Support lead nurturing and customer acquisition projects.
  • Deliver customer insights and make recommendations on subsequent steps by performing data analysis and post activity evaluations to drive email and content optimisation
  • Serve as a custodian of customer database, and responsible for the maintenance and management of customer data to ensure data integrity for analysis. Acquire data from different data sources, maintain data systems and CRM
  • Perform timely and accurate KPI reporting on daily/weekly/monthly/ad-hoc basis
  • Developing of predictive models, customer segmentation studies and reports

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Information Technology, Marketing, Statistics or equivalent
  • Preferable with at least 2-3 years of experience in related field
  • Prior Knowledge in PowerPoint and Excel reporting skills (Pivot Table, Vlook up) is essential
  • Prior Experience in SQL, QilkView and Python with relational database knowledge will be preferred
  • Basic Understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Ampscript will be advantageous
  • Able to perform strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset is essential
  • Strong data analytics competencies and able to turn data into actionable insights
  • Keen sense of fashion and a passion for the fashion industry
