JOB PURPOSE
Partnering with the E-commerce manager to develop objectives and strategies for Pedroshoes.com through digital platforms. Build and lead the marketing team to achieve department goals through optimizing social marketing, search marketing, email marketing, affiliate marketing, SEOs, and other digital platforms. Work cohesively with the cross-functional departments within the E-commerce and external teams for daily operations, and site maintenance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Key role in connecting with new and return customers for a seamless customer experience and building the success of E-commerce business
- Develop yearly/ quarterly marketing plans for the E-commerce key markets to support goals, seasonal launches, and promotions with a customer-first mindset
- Execute strategic plans to meet goals, and objectives and agile in making enhancements to maximize results
- Lead in the development and performance of various marketing channels for the E-commerce site which includes taking on new research, ad formats, and A/B testing
- Spearhead the return on investment of all these channels and the relationship with the partners as well as internal stakeholders
- Overlook the yearly paid digital spend according to the yearly budget
- Lead in constructing effective connections with customers through various touch points throughout the customer journey
- Stay relevant in digital marketing trends and utilize customer information, reports, and findings to proactively explore new opportunities and innovations
- Manage day-to-day marketing needs of the digital channels which include, paid placements, commission structure, copies and headline development, promo code creation, etc
- Collaborate within the E-commerce as well as cross-functional teams of sales & ops, merchandising, social, content, CRM, corporate and international marketing
- Leverage Google Analytics and other digital reports for performance review and provides insights to other relevant departments
- Support other administrative duties in the marketing department
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Business Analytics, or related discipline with 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing
- Preferably with at least 1-2 years of leadership experience
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Social Advertising, Google Ads Manager, and Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with agency partners, media buying, website analytics, search optimization, and affiliate marketing
- Prior knowledge in Salesforce Marketing Cloud will be an advantage
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken English
- Proactive keen learner team player with a great sense of responsibility, proactive with a positive attitude
- Able to multi-task with excellent organizational skills and meticulous in work assigned
- Able to work under a tight timeline in a fast-paced environment
- Keen sense of fashion and a passion for the fashion industry
