Assistant Community Manager
Full Time

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the Community team to plan and maintain community content calendar
  • Implement and lead day-to-day activities for Community Ambassador Program
  • Build community growth within social media platforms and engagement across our social channels
  • Work closely with Marketing Teams to deliver best-in-class community campaigns
  • Develop strategic partnerships with both external and internal parties (i.e. KOLs, KOCs and other members of the community) via community program
  • Work with internal stakeholders to efficiently cost, plan and execute activations that will drive efficient ROI
  • Work with the wider team to engage our community to create viral content that builds awareness and drives sales
  • Continuously gather feedback and improve community engagement
  • Implement and manage effective ways of working within the team and across functional teams
  • Regular reporting on current community trends, sentiment, and ambassador program performances
  • Develop community and campaign KPIs based on benchmarks and report metrics
  • Develop ideas and insights based on social listening and feedback
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends to ensure ambassador program is current and relevan


  • Possess a Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or any relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital, social media or marketing
  • Good time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Capable of working in a fast paced environment
  • Proficiency in English, with strong copy vetting and writing skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of Influencer marketing
  • Proficient with Google analytics
  • Have a good eye for social media visuals and a proactive self-starter
  • Team player with positive learning attitude and pleasant disposition with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Keen sense of fashion and a passion for the fashion industry
